The meeting site can be reached conveniently by public transport.
From the airport: Take the rapid train connection (S 13) from the airport to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof = Köln Hbf).
From the main train station: Inside the train station in the main lobby (right next to the cathedral) you will find the entrance to the Underground.
- Go downstairs,
- turn right onto the first platform (trams direction 'Neumarkt'),
- get on a tram to Neumarkt (tram numbers 18 or 19),
- get off at 'Eifelwall' (see "Tram stop" as indicated below)
- follow the footpath through the park as indicated below (red dotted line).

Important information for those who plan
to travel by car:
Since January 1st 2008, a Low Emission Zone has been introduced in Cologne. The
University of Cologne is outside of this zone but most hotels are situated inside
this zone. Please find more information here.
